What kind of human body information is hidden in a lump of feces?
In 1997, Bristol Royal Infirmary developed the Bristol Stool Scale, which shows seven forms of stool from hard to soft from 1 to 7.
Types 3-5 are normal; Type 1 or 2, which may lead to anal laceration if defecation is forced; Type 6 or 7, poop aggressively passes through the anus, possibly causing damage to the anus or causing a bacterial infection.
The normal color of the stool should be dark brown. The bilirubin of the red blood cells is broken down in the intestines, turning it into brown. The stool of infants and young children is golden brown. If the color of the stool suddenly changes, firstly don't be nervous, just recall what you ate recently. If you eat too many green leafy vegetables, your stool may turn green, eat dragon fruit, your stool may turn into red, and so on. Excluding these factors, an abnormal stool color may indicate an underlying disease.
● Red stools - Possible bleeding from the lower digestive tract or rectum
● Yellow stool - indicates a small intestinal infection
● White or clear stool - indicates a lack of bile in the body
l● Black or dark brown stool - may indicate upper gastrointestinal bleeding
There is a deviation in gross observation, and further examination is needed to achieve early detection and early treatment of the disease.
